Sassy Scrubs, a US based manufacturer and internet retailer of medical scrubs and nursing uniforms, announces their new fabric swatch service. This service, entirely unique to the uniform industry, allows their customers to order a sample swatch piece of fabric from the hundreds of colors and prints offered on the company’s website. This service is revolutionary because it can be done prior to placing an order for their custom made nursing Scrubs or fabric by the yard.
The swatch service program allows Sassy Scrubs customers the opportunity to preview the fabric for color matches, to physically touch the fabric to examine texture and durability, and gives their customers a chance to wash and dry the swatch to check for colorfastness and softness. All of this can be done before a customer orders their garments from a particular fabric. “This service has been a huge help to our customers,” declares Company President, Karen Bradley, “since it allows our customers to directly interact with the fabric before they place an order for their scrubs garments, or fabric by the yard; to make sure it is right for them before they invest in new uniforms.”
The swatch service offered by Sassy Scrubs also allows for necessary color matching, in the instance when the customer must conform to specific color requirements for work. Bradley explains “Many hospitals now require each unit to match a certain color or scheme for their unit. The best way for them to be sure our fabrics match their needs is to see a swatch first hand, and to make the choice they need for their new uniforms.” The company’s swatch service removes any doubt for their customers about color matching their uniforms to the uniforms worn by their co-workers. Once they have approved their fabric swatch, the customer can order new medical scrubs without worry regarding a color mismatch.
With hundreds of solid or print fabrics available on their website, Sassy Scrubs allows swatches to be ordered for each fabric – from standard poly/cotton blend fabrics, to 100% cotton, flannel, linen and fleece fabrics. The swatch service allows the uniform customer to also match a print with a coordinating solid, or a solid with a fleece, for example, to make sure the color combination is pleasing and acceptable.
President Bradley states “This service is just another way we cater to the needs of our customers. We produce custom made garments, and our swatch service program ensures that our customers receive their scrubs in the colors and fabrics they need, as well as the size, length and other garment options they require to provide comfort during their workday.”
